Mi Ran moved to the United States in 2003 and became a citizen in 2012. She reads and writes English and continues to improve her communication skills in English.

She rounds out her real estate professional life with Hiking / dancing / aerobic exercise

Angie ( her chosen American Name ) gets up early Saturday mornings around 5:30 and goes to the hills and that’s where you will find her enjoying a brisk hike near where she lives.. As an avid hiker she has been hiking with the same group ( about 15 in all ) for the past 10 years. They meet weekly to get the kinks out and enjoy a morning of community exercise.

Raising her nine year old son and attending church is an important part of Angie’s life. She sings in her church choir every Sunday Morning and is very active in church related activities.

Mi Ran Worked at NewStar Realty during 2007 – 2015 She began as a clerical staff to learn forms and processes for buying and selling commercial buildings. It didn’t take long until she was utilizing her talents to expedite the escrow process and assist other Agents with their property searches, property valuations, and eventual listing of properties.

Her interest in medical real estate grew from a group of professionals that called upon her to locate property suitable to house their practices. This experience grew from locating space and assisting clients with build-out plans. As her professional real estate practice grew she became more involved in practice growth and development. Each new client had a variety of needs that she researched and brought to the decision table.

She joined Kunau & Cline in 2015 and continues to serve the medical community. Her biggest desire is to expand her knowledge of the medical / dental professions. She attends regular Mi Ran Lee B.S.( Angie ) CAL BRE Agent # Practice Development Specialist

Society meetings, Continuing Education meetings and seminars. Great speakers fill her knowledge banks full of the importance of the professional work place, .
