Yuntao ( Lisa ) Gao was born & raised in Beijing, China. After being graduated with a B.S. degree in Biological Sciences, she began working at Peking University Health Science Center conducting medical research.
Moving to the United States, in 1987, she began working for N.S. Business Service, Inc., in South Pasadena. She was assisting Japan’s investors with their business ventures here in the United States. During her employment she managed company finances.
Gaining interest in the real estate field, she obtained her sales license in 2004. Her continued interest pushed her to become a broker in 2007. She enjoyed a long career with Century 21 real estate assisting her clients in the purchase and sale of residential properties. She gain knowledge in loan brokering and refinancing while working with clients in the San Gabriel Valley area.
Her interest in Medical and Dental real estate peeked by attending a seminar in South Pasadena in 2018. It was not long after that meeting that conversations began and she decided to join Kunau & Cline, Inc., as an associate broker.
Her knowledge of property in the San Gabriel Valley is second to none. The additional knowledge of loan brokerage and refinancing makes her a well sought after broker. Her business acumen and interest in practice sales has made her a great choice to assist you when its your time to transition.
