Janet comes to us with a rich background in accounting. After her graduation from California State University Los Angeles, with a bachelor’s degree ( BS ) in Business Administration she gained employment with a local CPA. During the next few years she consumed knowledge while working with clients of that CPA
Since her desire and interested gravitated to the Real Estate Field, she began her study for a real estate license. She expanded her interest in the management and administration of the medical and dental business by working with real estate clients on acquisition and merger opportunities. With her study of business administration the path was both interesting and challenging. She knew this was a field where she could not only use her accounting and business administration experience but would use her gained knowledge of transactions, business processes and special pitfalls of the medical and dental field as well.
Things don’t just become a success without planning and where she finds a struggling office, she gets everyone on board by developing a ten year business plan. She works with the team until everyone is on board with the goals and objectives.
Kunau & Cline, Inc., is a professional business development company and with proper planning she approached the ownership with the idea of her working the inside operations to gain additional knowledge. Her interest grew and she soon was on her way to becoming a Professional Business Development Agent.
My how time flies and just looking back at all that time, you just wonder where did the time go so quickly. Well a long story made short, Janet is now one of the team members here at Kunau & Cline, Inc. You will find her very active in Dental and Medical Societies looking for clients that are in need of her pampering assistance. With her background in accounting you can count on her to dig right in and give you a realistic valuation of your practice.
